<p>I'm chair of <a href="https://www.bcs.org/membership-and-registrations/member-communities/neurodiverseit-specialist-group/">NeurodiveseIT</a>, the Specialist group within <a href="https://www.bcs.org">BCS</a> for neurodivergent IT professionals.</p>
<p>The group helps the industry access the unique talents of neurodivergent people in the IT profession, supports those individuals in their work and raises awareness of their contribution to broader society through that work.</p>
<p>We welcome those with diagnoses of neurodivergent conditions, those who identify with those conditions, and those with a personal or professional interest in neurodiversity. The group is run for and by neurodivergent people.</p>
<p>The events we run are generally free to everyone. You don't have to be a member of BCS to attend. We are always on the lookout for speakers, event panellists and collaborators. Please get in touch with me if you are interested working with us.</p>
