Guest Agreement
This doc lays out the responsibilities of the host (“we/us”) and guest (“you”) appearing on Delightful Dissent.
- Your participation is voluntary. There are no penalties for either party if the webinar does not go ahead for any reason.
- The event is streamed live. However, if either party is unhappy with parts of the event, or the whole thing, it will not be distributed further.
- You are responsible for preparing your environment and computer ahead of the event taking place. Please see the technical guidance for more details.
- You are encouraged to distribute and re-use clips of the show after recording. Please do not repost the complete show. Copyright for the show and its contents remain with us.
- We give you the right to distribute any marketing materials we share with you to publicise this event and its recordings. You give us the same rights for any marketing materials you share.
Data Storage:
We will store the data you give us on Google Drive and/or AWS. We will use it to create and publicise the webinar/podcast across matthewbellringer.com, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email. We may also share this data with through podcast syndication services (e.g. Apple Podcasts, Sticher, Google Podcasts). By taking part in the webinar you agree to have your data used for this purpose.
