Neurodiversity Advocacy
Sharing the exceptional benefits neurodivergent people offer and how to benefit from them
Many people who work in the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) space focus on legal compliance and access. This is vitally important work, but I focus on a different area. My interest is on the exceptional talents that neurodivergent people can offer, and the support that is needed to enable those talents. This is something that even most inclusive organisations can find difficult, even when they know the huge benefits of doing so.
I work with both neurodivergent people themselves and their colleagues. I can offer:
- Facilitation and training
- Keynotes, Speaking and event hosting
- Writing and content creation
